1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SmartersWeb Tech services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

SmartersWeb Tech provides WordPress development, speed optimization, website design, and related web services. Service scope is defined in individual project agreements and invoices.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We use PayPal for invoicing. Late payments may result in project suspension.

4. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details on eligibility and process.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom work delivered. SmartersWeb Tech retains rights to general techniques, tools, and methodologies used.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmartersWeb Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
